# Ship Manager / Ships in Sector

Depending on the zoom level of the [**Star Map**](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map.md), you can either see all your available [ships](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md#ship-details) from the [hangar](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md), using the [**Ship Manager**](#ship-manager) [widget](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map.md#widget) or, when zoomed into a specific [sector](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/star-systems/asteroid-fields.md#local-points-of-interest), see all [ships](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md#ship-details) located within that [sector](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/star-systems/asteroid-fields.md#local-points-of-interest), using the [**Ships in Sector**](#ship-in-sector) widget.

## Ship Manager

The **Ship Manager** [widget](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map.md#widget) is the only [widget](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map.md#widget) that is always visible. For convenience, it can be collapsed using the collapse button<img src="/files/owcNGjZ98gM2ODHjbENi" alt="" data-size="line">.&#x20;

[Ships](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md#ship-details) in the [widget](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map.md#widget) are listed by their name, [sector](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/star-systems/asteroid-fields.md#interplanetary-sectors) they are currently deployed, [fuel](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md#fuel-consuption), and [storage](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md#storage) level.&#x20;

## Ships in Sector

The **Ships in Sector** [widget](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map.md#widget), unlike the [**Ships Manager**](#ship-manager)**,** displays the **Distance** to all other owned [ships](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map/ship-details.md) within a given sector, the [**Type** of the ship](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar/industrial-ships.md) and state of the [ship's](/galactopedia/basic-game-pillars/hangar.md#ship-details) current [state](/galactopedia/gameplay/star-map/ship-details.md#ship-state) (**Progress**).
